Final Sale Policy
All products sold during our TikTok Live events or special promotions are offered at exclusive discount prices. These are final sale items and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@notagfun.com and include the following information:

Clear photos or videos showing the issue
Each case will be reviewed individually. If applicable, we will provide a replacement or refund solution based on the situation.
Refund Processing (Approved Claims Only)
If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
